Avior Hotel - General Santos City

The breakfast here was really good, and there were plenty of tasty options to choose from. Also, our room had a bidet which was a nice touch. 🚽

the room was brand-new with smoke detectors for safety measures. coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were very handy. the hotel was in an unbeatable location, in the middle of jackson. a great selection of restaurants to eat close by, like nadies chickien house that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Perfect and great position, we greatly enjoyed staying here.

The hotel was newly decorated, we would recommend it to friends. Everything there was great and the staff were accommodating.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was perfect! The ambiance was cozy and intimate, perfect for couples. We especially loved the delicious and filling breakfast that was served to us each morning. The location was also very convenient, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the staff were accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. we had a wonderful experience!

While we loved our stay, there were a few things that could be improved. The noise level from neighboring rooms and the hallway was a bit annoying, and we could hear people coming and going at all hours of the night.

The hotel is situated in a busy and convenient area, easily accessible to nearby shops. The rooms are nicely decorated with minimal but functional details. The modern amenities add to the guests' comfort, and the complementary breakfasts are simple yet delicious.

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel's location is strategic as it is near the city's shopping mall and pharmacy. the designated parking area with a gate and guard also offers peace of mind. the air conditioning is cool, and the Wi-Fi connection is reliable.

Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries and complementary water for several days, and the breakfast buffet selection is limited. the internet connection is also subpar, and the hotel's services and amenities are basic.
